5. User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or content you submit to us (via Discord, forms, or otherwise) may be used by Defunction Studios to improve our games and services without compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Virtual Items & In-Game Purchases

Robux, limiteds, gamepasses, and other virtual items are purchased and managed entirely through the Roblox platform and are subject to Roblox's own terms. We do not process payments directly and cannot guarantee refunds — refund requests should go through Roblox support.

7. Intellectual Property

All original art, code, branding, and content on this Site and within our games are owned by Defunction Studios unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute our assets without prior written consent.

8. Analytics & Data

We collect minimal, privacy-friendly analytics (page visited, approximate device type, and referring site) to understand how people use our Site. We do not store IP addresses or names — unique visitor counts are derived from a one-way salted hash that cannot be reversed to identify you. See our Discord for any data removal requests.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games and Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change, be removed, or be discontinued at any time as our projects evolve.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Defunction Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site, Discord, or games.
